HOW TO: Submit CME & CEU Credits via the FCOM App
Navigate to the sessions you have attended and tap on the Heart ❤️ icon on the top right of the screen to bookmark the session
CE submissions will go live on Sunday morning. Navigate to the app menu and click on the CME/CEU submission 
Verify your bookmarked sessions and tap on the the CME or CEU submission button to begin your submission.
Confirm your details, including your name, contact information, state and medical license number. Additionally, ensure all of your bookmarked sessions are selected. Click on the “Next” button. 
Confirm your submission one last time and continue to the evaluation portion of your CE submission. 
Take the evaluation survey. Completing the evaluation survey is required to receive full credit for all the session you attended during FCOM. 
Once complete, you will receive a confirmation via email. Your certificate will be emailed to you as soon as available, but no later than December 22, 2025.
