Know Before You Go: FCOM 2025 Attendee Information
We’re thrilled to welcome you to the 29th Annual Florida Combined Otolaryngology Meeting (FCOM) at The Ritz-Carlton, Naples!
Here’s everything you need to know to make your FCOM experience seamless and successful.
Conference Location
The Ritz-Carlton, Naples Beach

Valet parking is available at the main entrance ($40 plus tax per day).
Registration Check In
All attendees must check in at the Ritz-Carlton Ballroom Foyer to pick-up badges and welcome materials before entering the event. Badges must be warn during all FCOM activities.

What to Pack
The conference event attire is business – business casual. Most attendees will put on their game day gear to cheer on their favorite team during the Resident Academic Bowl. We always recommend that attendees bring a light jacket or sweater to conference sessions, as temperatures can be difficult to regulate in large meeting spaces.
Weather
This week’s temperatures in Naples, Florida range from daytime highs in the low 80˚ F to evening lows of 60˚ F. When the sun goes down, it will feel chilly with a breeze off the water – so pack a light jacket!
Event Schedule Highlights
The EXPO Experience opens for breakfast on Friday at 7:00 AM, with sessions kicking off Friday at 8:00 AM. The conference runs through Sunday at 11:00 AM.
Networking Highlights:
• Thursday, 8–10 PM: We are getting together before everything gets started! Join us for an informal meet-up in the Ritz-Carlton Lobby Bar for cocktails and enjoy the live music by Nashville artist Colton Stone.
• Friday, 5–7 PM: Welcome Cocktail Party in the EXPO Experience – mix & mingle before you head off for dinner! Enjoy live music, cocktails, and appetizers.
• Saturday, 2:00–3:30 PM: Resident Academic Bowl in the Artisans Ballroom – RSVP encouraged!
Attendees are encouraged to join any of the specialty sessions, participate in Q&As, and attend all EXPO breakfasts, lunches, and breaks.

Exhibitor Trail Map
Every exhibitor is featured in the attendee Trail Map!
Attendees collect stickers or signatures at each booth for a chance to win over $3,000 in prizes.
Completed maps must be turned in by 8:00 AM Sunday for the 8:15 AM prize drawing in the EXPO Experience.
