Booth Shipping Information

3-D Tradeshows Nationwide is the official EXPO Experience contractor. Please review the Exhibitor Services Manual for details. If you have questions, you can contact their team at the Exhibitor Services Department at 954-423-9803 or email sdixon@esgfla.com.

Shipping Options

We recommend that you ship your exhibit materials at least 30 days in advance to 3-D Tradeshow’s warehouse to ensure your materials arrive to the show site on time. Details for shipping to the warehouse can be found in the Exhibitor Services Manual.

Please do NOT ship your exhibit materials to arrive at Disney’s Grand Floridian Conference Center, as they do not have the capacity to store expo materials. Please refer to the Exhibitor Services Manual for details.

Booth Electric

Electric is NOT provided to your booth but can be purchased through Encore. Click Here to see all options for electric and AV needs for your booth.
