Our in-person meeting format is back!
We will deliver an Industry-leading, in-person meeting, November 3-5, 2023. We are expecting our largest in-person attendance this year at Disney’s Contemporary Resort, in Orlando FL.
Gain valuable skills and expertise with FCOM2023! Registration for the FCOM 2023 Annual Meeting includes access to over 60 education sessions, Poster Sessions, 70+ Exhibitors in the EXPO Experience, Product Theatres by Sanofi & Regenron and networking opportunities with colleagues, experts, and industry leaders. Registration will remain open through Friday, October 27th.

* Students must register with a university email (.edu) to receive discounted in-person registration.
FSO-HNS & FSFPRS Members Society members enjoy early-access registration beginning June 15, 2023. Society members will receive an email with an invite for member registration and have early-access to discounted FCOM conference fees and hotel reservations.
General registration opens August 11th for all conference attendees.
Be sure to register as early as possible, as hotel rooms are limited!
Cancelation Policy for Onsite Registration: Cancelation requests must be received in writing via email at support@fcomnow.com no later than September 30, 2023. Cancelations received by September 30, 2023 will receive a refund minus a $50 cancellation fee. Registrants wishing to cancel may send someone to take their place without penalty if they send a written request with the replacement person’s name by October 10, 2023. No refunds will be issued after September 30, 2023. If you do not cancel and do not attend the event, you are still responsible for the full payment. Cancelations for hotel and transportation reservations must be handled by the individual registrant directly with the hotel, airline, and/or other company. Payments made may not be applied toward tuition for future FCOM Summit Events, nor other meetings or products offered by the Florida Combined Otolaryngology Meeting partners. No refunds are offered for sessions that may be suspended or shortened due to weather or other conditions or circumstances beyond FCOM’s control.
We have 60+ sessions and over 80+ speakers participating in this year’s FCOM 2023 program. Over the next few months, we will announce keynotes, special guests, general sessions, workshops, hands-on labs, and other special events. The conference agenda will be published no later than September 1st. About a week prior to the meeting, you will receive an email that will help you Plan Your Experience – including building your personalize session agenda and meeting activities.

The meeting kicks-off Friday morning, November 3rd.
Cadaver Lab sessions begin at 7:30 AM EST at the Advent Nicholson Center. The bus to the cadaver labs will depart at 6:45 PM from Disney’s Contemporary Resort.
The Medical Audiology sessions and Endoscopy Workshop kick-off at 10:00 AM.
The EXPO Experience Opens at noon on Friday! And closes with the Grand Prize Drawings on Sunday, Nov 5th at 11 AM EST.
To maximize your time and take advantage of the course agenda, arrival no later than Thursday evening, November 2nd is best. The meeting ends at 11:00 AM EST, Sunday, November 5th.
The main conference hotel is Disney’s Contemporary Resort, Orlando, Florida.
Once you have completed conference registration, you will receive the special link, included in your conference confirmation email, that provides access to special room rates.
Hotel rooms will be available on a first-come, first-served basis, and they are pretty awesome, please make sure to book early.
Getting here is a breeze. The easiest and most convenient airport to fly into is the Orlando International Airport (MCO). It is the primary airport serving the Orlando area and offers numerous flight options, both domestic and international.
Orlando International Airport (MCO) is approximately 18-25 miles away from Disney’s Contemporary Resort, depending on the route you take. The drive typically takes about 30 minutes to an hour, depending on traffic.
Tampa International Airport (TPA) is around 85-90 miles away from the resort. The drive usually takes about 1.5 to 2 hours, traffic permitting.
Attendees are responsible for arranging their own transportation to and from the main conference hotel. Uber, Lyft and taxis are easy to access.

The attire for the conference is business casual.
Friday Evening Out Event:
Attire for the Friday, November 11th, Evening Out Event is Resort Casual. This is the premier networking event. Meet up with colleagues, and spend time with the FCOM speakers and Industry leaders!
Resident Bowl Lunch and Event:
Attire for the Saturday, November 4th Lunch and 3rd Annual Resident Bowl is Resort Casual Attire.
The safety and security of the guests of Disney’s Contemporary Resort remain the highest priority. The resort has been built upon already rigorous cleaning standards by providing enhanced training for staff, increased cleaning of public areas, and refining of all service touch points.
