Allergy PreCon

Adding allergy services to your practice can significantly expand patient access to care while creating new opportunities for clinical efficiency and long-term growth but building a successful program requires the right workflows, team training, and operational foundation.
This full-day pre-conference course guides physicians, APPs, nurses, medical assistants, and operational leaders through the critical components of building and managing office-based allergy services, from testing workflows and vial preparation to immunotherapy protocols, compliance requirements, and emergency preparedness.
Led by experienced physicians and clinical leaders with real-world implementation experience, attendees will leave with practical tools, operational insights, and greater confidence to launch, strengthen, or optimize an allergy program that works for their entire team.

Foundational Allergy Mini-Course

Get up to speed, or sharpen what you already know, with a high-yield afternoon of allergy education led by some of the most recognized names in otolaryngic allergy. Designed for fellows, residents, APPs, and physicians seeking foundational training or a practical refresher, this mini-course is especially valuable for residents and clinicians who may not have extensive allergy exposure within their training programs.
Participants will explore key clinical topics including allergy testing methods, immunotherapy models including SCIT, SLIT, and OMIT, pharmacotherapy, vial preparation, food allergy in ENT practice, anaphylaxis management, and the evolving role of biologics. Led by nationally recognized faculty, this course delivers practical clinical insights that can help you evaluate, counsel, and manage allergy patients with greater confidence when you return to practice.

Hands-On Cochlear Implant Programming Intensive PreCon in Partnership with ICIT.

Cochlear implant programming is a specialized skill that directly shapes patient outcomes, and there is no substitute for hands-on time with the technology. Offered in partnership with ICIT, this full-day workshop gives audiologists dedicated, device-specific training across all three major cochlear implant manufacturers: Advanced Bionics, Cochlear Americas, and MED-EL. Participants will move through structured hands-on programming sessions with each platform using real manufacturer software and tablets, followed by demonstration workstations featuring tools such as Otoplan and ESRT, with expert clinical audiologists guiding every step.
Whether you are new to cochlear implant programming or looking to deepen your proficiency across devices, you will leave with practical, immediately applicable skills and a stronger foundation for supporting cochlear implant patients from activation through long-term follow-up.

Cerumen Management PreCon Hands-on Workshop

Cerumen management is one of the most common procedures in otolaryngology clinic and one of the most under taught. This hands-on afternoon workshop gives APPs, audiologists, and students a thorough grounding in both the science and the technique. Participants will work through ear canal anatomy, review the full range of removal methods, and get direct hands-on practice across multiple techniques including microscope-assisted removal, in a supportive, small-group learning environment. Whether you’re building this skill from scratch or filling in gaps in your training, you’ll leave ready to perform cerumen management safely, confidently, and competently in clinical practice.
