Poster Submission

Present your research at the FCOM Conference. Call for Poster Submissions is now open!

Bring Research to Practice Faster by presenting during the FCOM Poster Sessions.

Every fall, the Florida Society of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery (FSO-HNS) and Florida Society of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery (FSFPRS) co-host the annual Florida Combined Otolaryngology Meeting (FCOM) along with the Network of Florida Otolaryngologists (NFO) and the Network of Medical Audiology Professionals (MedAudPro).

We’re thrilled to invite otolaryngology residents and medical students to submit their research posters. Posters are presented in-person during the FCOM event. Please note, only residents training in Florida and Florida medical students are eligible to participate in the primary competition and awards. The top three winners will be awarded: First Place $200, Second Place $100, Third Place $50.

This is a unique opportunity to share your work, gain feedback from seasoned professionals, and engage with a dynamic community of Otolaryngologists and other medical professionals.

Poster submissions are open until October 15, 2024. Please ensure your submission meets the guidelines detailed below. The poster submission application below will be reviewed upon completion; image upload is not needed for approval. The submitting resident or medical student will receive an email acknowledgement of your accepted poster submission within 3-days.

Please note, all physician residents and medical students must be registered for the FCOM 2024 conference to participate in the poster session. Be sure to register for the conference as soon as possible for a chance to receive one of the complimentary hotel room offerings. Only registered resident and medical student attendees who are presenting a poster will be considered for this FSO-HNS/FSFPRS Hotel Benefit. The room block will be offered on a first-come first-serve basis until full.

If you have questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out to the conference support team:
