Session Description
In the sunshine state, it can often seem like every patient walking through the door has been affected by skin cancer. While often overlooked as easy to manage and highly curable, it is essenital to understand how to recognize and appropriately manage "high risk" cases. This panel of experts will give a focused review of skin and parotid malignancies and consider the emerging role of newer therapies such as immunotherapy.
Session Objectives
Attendees will be able to: 1. Review the diagnostic work up of parotid lesions. 2. Discuss known high risk features for facial squamous cell carcinoma. 3. Consider management strategies including appropriate use of radiotherapy of for carcinomas in this region. 4. Assess the emerging role/limitation of immunotherapy
