An internal medicine-based sports medicine physician, he provides non-surgical care for patients of all ages with orthopedic and sports medicine concerns. He evaluates a wide range of musculoskeletal injuries and athletic medical conditions, referring patients to surgeons or other specialists when appropriate. He serves as Medical Director of the USF Concussion Center, where he evaluates head injuries and concussion-related concerns. He is also the head team physician for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and serves as a team physician for the University of South Florida and Saint Leo University athletic programs. In addition to his clinical responsibilities, he is actively involved in educating medical students, residents, and fellows at the University of South Florida.
