James Benson is the founder and president of QM2 Solutions, a Madison-based company that works with hundreds of clinics nationwide to strengthen physician reputation, improve patient experience, and deploy innovative virtual patient management solutions. James began his career in otolaryngology practice administration, where he directed strategic growth initiatives that expanded services, improved financial performance, and advanced patient engagement in practices in Wisconsin and Michigan, achieving 500% growth in the pracitces he served. His leadership experience includes serving as national legislative liaison and executive officer for the Association of Otolaryngology Administrators, and as a consultant to the American Academy of Otolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery Board of Governors on health policy and practice management.
