Jennifer Brookins is the Vice Chair of Administration and director of clinical operations for the Department of Otolaryngology – Head & Neck Surgery at the University of Florida. With over 20 years of progressive experience in academic medicine, she oversees clinical operations, financial performance, and strategic initiatives for the administrative business office and two ENT clinic locations. Jennifer holds a Master of Business Administration in Healthcare Management and serves as deputy chair of ASCENT’s Academic Practice Committee. She is passionate about developing sustainable operational models, improving patient access, and fostering physician and APP engagement across academic and clinical missions. Jennifer also plays an integral role in supporting resident education through operational alignment, resource coordination, and mentoring within the academic environment.
