Dr. Manning is the immediate past-president and CEO of ENT Centers of the Ozarks where he served for 20 years. He currently serves in multiple health-policy leadership capacities including serving as the current chair of 3P (Physician Payment Policy) and coordinator for advocacy for the AAOHNS, and multiple recent past roles for the AAOHNS as Chair of Practice Management Education, Chair of the Board of Governors, on the Board of Directors and Executive Committee. He also serves as one of the two AAOHNS Panelists for the RVS Update Committee to the AMA where the values for the CPT coding system are negotiated and recommendations for Medicare payment are made and is the focus of one of today’s presentations.
