About Patricia Ramos

Patricia Ramos, Au.D. is a Co-founder of Network of Medical Audiology Professionals (MedAudPro). She received her Clinical Doctorate in Audiology, in 2000, at the University of Florida and completed her undergraduate and graduate studies at East Carolina University, Greenville, N.C., in December 1984. Dr. Ramos’ career began as a clinical audiologist within the ENT environment in 1985, and most recently was the Director of Audiology and Rehabilitative Services at ENT and Allergy Associates of Florida for over 29 years. In addition, she has served on a number of technology advisory boards as well as serving as a Clinical Scientist for future clinical treatments for cochlear synaptopathy. Currently, Dr. Ramos is serving as a Strategic Business Advisor for Lantos Technologies, a revolutionary technology that is a 3D scan of the outer ear. She is a Fellow of the American Academy of Audiology, the Florida Academy of Audiology and is Board Certified by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association. She has served on the board for the Florida Academy of Audiology, the EAR Foundation of Florida, and on numerous committees for the American Academy of Audiology. A nationally and internationally recognized speaker, Dr. Ramos continues her commitment and leadership in the field of Audiology. She continues to speak in the areas of business and clinical issues surrounding Medical Audiology as well as new and emerging technologies.
