Robert A. Glazer is a nationally recognized healthcare executive with over four decades of experience guiding medical practices, health systems, and private equity-backed organizations through strategic growth and operational transformation. He currently leads Glazer Business Advisors, LLC, where he advises private ENT and allergy practices on managed care strategy, recruitment, revenue diversification, and market expansion. Previously, Bob served as CEO of ENT and Allergy Associates, where he helped build the largest ENT, allergy, and audiology practice in the United States—growing the group to over 250 physicians across more than 50 offices. His work included leading mergers and acquisitions, operational integration, and co-founding Quality Medical Management Services USA, LLC. In 2024, Bob took on multiple advisory and consulting roles, including with Elevate ENT Partners, ALIGN ENT & Allergy, Charleston ENT & Allergy, and Schweiger Dermatology, where he continues to shape the future of otolaryngology and allergy services nationwide. He also advises innovative healthcare companies such as EARLENS, Aerin Sinus Devices, and NECTAR Allergy. Bob holds degrees from the State University of New York and NYU Wagner School of Public Service. His leadership extends beyond business, with board service for the Westchester County Association and the Open Door Family Medical Center, among others. He and his wife Randee have been married for 40 years and live in Mount Kisco, New York. A proud father and grandfather, Bob finds balance through hiking, sketching, watercolor painting, and grilling for his growing family.
