Susan is the founder and CEO of Open Ocean Group (OOG). Founded in 2019, OOG is a digital media and content creation platform, that enables small and medium sized businesses to authentically communicate their brand and actualize their deep domain expertise, to build trust, accelerate growth and engage customers. OOG’s network of experts specialize in MedTech, Healthcare, Energy Transition, and the Recreational Maritime Industry. She has spent over 25 years in sales & operations for Industry-leading hearing aid manufacturers and has 9 years’ experience in clinical practice. She is an expert in leadership, business development and operations for medical retail, audiology and physician-based diagnostic clinics. In addition, she has vast experience with FDA clinical trials, education and dispensing programs. Susan received her Master’s in Business Administration from Pennsylvania State University and her Doctoral degree from the University of Florida. Her dual expertise in clinical practice and business strategy makes her an invaluable asset to both healthcare providers and entrepreneurs looking to navigate the complexities of modern healthcare and business environments. She lives with her husband in Clearwater Beach, Florida where they also manage their charter fishing company, Stella Fishing Co.
