Sponsor & Exhibitor Terms
Exhibitor and Sponsor Approval
FCOM reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to accept, reject, or revoke any exhibitor or sponsorship participation at any time if the FCOM Planning Committee determines that the organization, products, services, activities, or proposed participation are not appropriate for the meeting or are inconsistent with the interests, standards, or objectives of FCOM.
If FCOM declines or revokes participation under this provision, all sponsorship and exhibit fees paid directly to FCOM will be refunded, and notice will be provided by email to the individual who submitted the sponsor enrollment. Such refund will constitute FCOM’s sole financial obligation to the sponsor or exhibitor.
Unauthorized Meetings and Activities
Sponsors and exhibitors may not conduct, promote, host, or facilitate any meeting, presentation, training, demonstration, educational program, hospitality event, or other organized activity involving FCOM attendees during official conference hours unless the activity has been specifically approved in writing in advance by the FCOM Planning Committee.
FCOM reserves the right to require the immediate cessation of any unauthorized activity and, if necessary, revoke the sponsor’s or exhibitor’s participation in the meeting.
